Shipping Policy

All orders are processed during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., French time, with the exception of public holidays.

Dpm70 has agreements with various shipping services and makes sure to choose the most suitable for your area.

SHIPPING RATES*

  • Orders up to 9.9 kg = 13.90€
  • Orders between 10 and 24.9 kg = 19.90€
  • Orders between 25 and 39.9 kg = 24.90€
  • Orders of 40 kg and more = 75€


ESTIMATED TRANSIT DAYS
Estimated transit days are 2-7 business days. They are subject to the tariff/general conditions of service. Business days and delivery schedule are revised occasionally due to changes in distribution and volume, particularly during the holiday season. Service to some remote areas may also require additional delivery days.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

IF ONE OR MORE ITEMS ARE OUT OF STOCK, DO YOU DO PARTIAL SHIPMENTS AND IF SO, WILL I BE CHARGED TWICE FOR SHIPPING?

It depends. In the event that you have chosen the in-store pickup option, there will be no shipping costs charged.

If you have chosen the home delivery option and a product is out of stock, you will be contacted by one of our sales staff before shipping. You will be asked if you would like to receive a partial delivery or if you prefer to wait for the delivery to be complete.

If you choose the partial delivery option, then yes, you will be charged again for the delivery of the backordered product(s).

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY UNSHIPPED ITEMS DUE TO OUT OF STOCK?

It depends on the item. Delivery of products is sometimes delayed for reasons beyond our control. We constantly monitor our stock levels and receive shipments to our warehouse.

I DIDN'T RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
