The Southern Quebec Forest Association (AFSQ) is a private non-profit organisation. Since 1945, its mission has been to promote the benefits of the forest resources towards the population by means of education, sensibilisation, concertion and knowledge transfer. The AFSQ favors a better knowledge of the forest environment, promote forest culture, value a sustainable use of the forest environment and of its wood material, deals with forestry issues and support the next generation.
