VERY IMPORTANT: Portable Winch Co. or its representatives cannot accept responsibility for damages occurred after a customer signed for delivered products in good condition.
At the time of delivery/pick-up of your order, make sure that you received the right number of packages and that they are in good condition. In the case of missing or damaged packages, immediately notify the reseller or driver and make sure before signing that he has taken note of the missing package(s) and condition of the damages. It is also advisable to take pictures of the packages.
